Mango Lime Popsicles

Confession time: I absolutely hate the texture of mangoes.

There's something about the fibrous nature of it - I just hate the feeling of biting into mango.

But I love the taste! Give me mango everything! Lollipops, mochi, ice cream! Wait....ice cream sounds like a good idea.

Yup. That was my thought process as I decided to make these popsicles, and man am I happy I did.

If you saw my last post, you know that I'm a little obsessed with limes right now. It shouldn't surprise you to know that these popsicles where made during that lime kick and thus include lime juice. It's not too much though- I think mangoes are tart enough on their own.
These popsicles are so stupid easy to make that there's almost not much to say about them. So I'll skip the ramblings and get straight to the recipe.
